Return and Refund Policy

Returns

At atomlabindia.com, our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Certain products are exempt from returns, including:

• Custom-made items such as on-demand kits, projects, and components.
• STEM Readymade kits, toys, or any product procured specifically at the customer’s request.

To process your return, please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your item directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued. This applies to the following:

• Products showing obvious signs of use.
• Opened kits or physical items.
• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
• Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date.

Return Shipping

If you received a defective or incorrect item, atomlabindia.com will cover the return shipping costs. Our shipping partner will arrange to pick up the item from your doorstep.

For other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opt for atomlabindia.com to arrange the return shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping items over Rs500, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
• Reach out to your bank, as processing time may be needed.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a product for the same item, please email us at sales@atomlabindia.com.

Order cancellations may incur a 2% bank charge, depending on the payment method used, as most payment gateways retain their commission fees even if the order is canceled and refunded.

Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer cancellations or returns without a valid reason. atomlabindia.com reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

Replacements

At atomlabindia.com, we prioritize quality control and ensure all products undergo rigorous checks before being shipped. Some products are sealed for safety, and quality verification may not be possible post-sealing. In case of a defective item, we will arrange for a replacement and cover return shipping costs.

Damaged Returns

Returned products will undergo a quality check. Refunds will not be granted for items that have been damaged during use, due to accidental customer damage, or intentional misuse.
