We are using web server for updating message on scrolling LED board with the help of Wi-Fi technology. We can use either computer or smart phone to send text remotely. We are sending text data which is received by ESP8266 Wi-Fi Module which is built in the NODEMCU board. After establishing connection with the wi-fi network, it dynamically allocates IP address which is shown on dot matrix display board. We simply need to connect to the device using IP address by entering it in web browser. We can then enter text and submit it so that it scrolls text message on it.
