PIR (PASSIVE INFRARED SENSOR) is basically used for motion detection system. This project is used for home security system using PIR sensor. In this project we are using PIR sensor module which has in built comparator. When it senses any movement, PIR gives digital output which is then given to microcontroller. The microcontroller takes proper action to turn on alarm system through transistor driver circuit. The controller used in this project is ATMEGA328. The signal is also sent to android phone which gives alert sound.
The 16*2 LCD Display is also interfaced with the microcontroller in order to show the proper status of the sensor interruption. The signal is sent to phone using bluetooth which gives alert in android phone. We can also add a camera to capture photograph whenever interruption occurs.
